Research tells us that students who have strong relationships with at least three non-parent adults in the church are far more likely to stay engaged in their faith after high school. Your role—as a spiritual, financial, or vocational guide—is to offer wisdom, encouragement, and presence as your apprentice learns to engage with trusted adults who care about their growth.
What You Do:
- Read the Guides’ Guide to Guiding
- Have two conversations per year with your Apprentice
- Follow the provided Conversation Plans
