Give this generation what we missed in the last two

Engaging Dads In a Fresh New Way

Join a growing coalition of faith leaders across ethnic and denominational lines who want to impact discipleship so we can improve on the fact that only 10% of our kids, raised in our churches follow Jesus for a lifetime.  We invite you to learn how to engage the average dad in leading the spiritual formation of their home.  Here from other pastors and dads on this journey.

Join:

  • Andi Sims, VP, Business Development, HPM
  • Scott Sims, Shareholder, Dentons Sirote
  • Cameron Cole, Founding Chairman of Rooted Ministry, and Director of Adult and Nextgen Discipleship, St. Peter’s Anglican Church
  • Matt Hanson, Catalyst-Aion Path, President, National Rite of Passage Council

The next generation is walking away.

Fathers can bring them back.

The National Rite of Passage Council and a coalition of fatih leaders across denominational lines invite you to learn how to engage the average dad in leading the spiritual formation of their home. Join Matt Hanson and Seattle-area pastors for the launch of the Aion Path in your area and learn how churches are leading dads on a journey of discipleship along side their kids. Discipleing both of them in the process.

The Problem

You already know the stats.

10% of kids raised in our churches follow Jesus for a lifetime.  Research is clear, dads have the greatest influence on whether their children will follow Jesus for a lifetime.  Most dads are not confident and don’t feel equipped.  As a consequence, they are under-engaged.

The Invitation

What if fathers became the primary disciplers again?

On Wednesday, May 06th, we are gathering 15-20 senior and family pastors who want to be part of leading the next generation.

This isn’t another program pitch. It’s a conversation about:

  • Awakening fathers to their God-given role
  • Equipping dads with a proven roadmap and instilling confidence
  • Building a movement in Fort Worth that fights for our kids’ futures
